Payments are deducted on a Friday morning and you can cancel/pause/re-activate your subscription at any time - before Thursday 8pm for deliveries starting the Monday thereafter. You can read more about how our subscription plan works below.

1. Choose your BUDDY Each lunch box contains a portion of fresh fruit, a nutritious mid-morning snack (which is always vegetarian) and a main lunch meal of choice (all made with natural, unprocessed ingredients)

• Our Vegetarian Buddy contains a vegetarian main lunch meal every day of the week.
• Our Omnivore Buddy contains a mix of non-vegetarian lunch meals (fish/meat protein) – and vegetarian lunch meals– on different days of each week.

2. Select the number of days per week you’d like to receive your BUDDY (3, 4 or 5) 3. Select your smoothie preferences for your selected days 4.
