Our story
We prepare fresh, healthy and delicious lunch boxes for children every morning and deliver these at schools daily before their morning snack time.
For every lunchbox you buy from us, we give a healthy meal to a food-insecure ‘buddy’ at an underprivileged school via our partner organisation The Lunchbox Fund.
A love for pure food
My Lunchbuddy is born out of my love for natural, nutritious and tasty food, and my inspiration to share this with as many little people as possible.
So that we can raise children with healthy eating habits, which I hope they will carry with them throughout their lives and share with their own families again.
How it all started
I love food and exploring new flavours and I have learnt the incredible power of what and how I eat in influencing my energy levels and overall wellbeing. Naturally, I became very motivated to share this love with my daughter as soon as she was ready to open up her taste buds to the world of food beyond milk.
Now that she’s going to school, I have experienced that providing a truly fresh, healthy lunch box every day requires quite a bit of time and planning. So I became inspired to make this easier – and to provide parents like myself with convenient, nutritious and tasty lunch options, that are freshly prepared every day.
So that parents can enjoy hassle free mornings and be assured that their children will get a yummy and healthy lunchbox at school. A lunchbox that will leave them energised during the morning and afternoon, so they can make the most out of their days at school.
And what if we could spread our love for real food even further…I thought.
What if we can make a difference in areas where children need it most…and with every lunchbox sold, we’ll donate a freshly prepared meal to a food-insecure-child who would otherwise go to school on an empty stomach?
The idea for My Lunchbuddy was born….and I’m really excited to celebrate the beauty and abundance of natural food with your children.

We freshly prepare our lunch boxes on a daily basis, with real ingredients, real hands and a lot of love! We use only natural, unprocessed ingredients from mostly local sustainable suppliers and strive to minimize our footprint by using bio-degradable packaging and creating as little food waste as possible.
It leaves your children energised
Our meals are nutritionally balanced and created to optimally nourish body and mind so that your children have sustained energy and can make the most out of their days at school.
It’s really yummy
Our menus are designed by mothers with little people’s taste buds and pickiness in mind and our team of cooks will ensure we create delicious flavours that are continuously being tested by children.
It’s a conscious choice
to make a difference in children’s lives on a daily basis.
