• Unfortunately you can’t skip or freeze any days during the 2-week (10-day) launch period.
  • For our regular subscription, we offer the flexibility to freeze your package during certain events (private holidays outside the school holidays/ other absence), by pausing your subscription before Thursday 8 pm for the freeze to be activate the first following Monday (for the entire week until you re-activate again). If you only want to freeze it for a few days, just pop us an email 48 hours in advance!
